It seems that you selected a broken (or just missing) logo file.
You need to find this option in .ganttproject file in your home directory and remove that line:
<option id="ui2.ui.logo" value="... some path to file here ..."/>
Or just remove .ganttproject file (unless you have lots of changed settings)
