I hope you’re talking about fonts, not about the police.
You may want to try this workaround:

If you’re on Windows, can you please try adding these two lines to the end of file ganttproject.l4j.ini in the root folder of your GanttProject installation: -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.0 -Dprism.allowhidpi=false
