I was working with project file and suddenly program stopped responding.
After restarting computer file did not open. Can you please help ?

this file is just a big chunk of zero bytes, sorry.
You can try recovering your project with Help > Recover. It will scan through the auto-save files which are produced on every action, will show file size and modification date and will ask if you want to try recovering from that file.
Before doing that I recommend making a backup of auto-save files. On modern Windows systems they are most likely in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Temp.
On modern macOS with GanttProject 3.2 you can find the location of auto-save files using Help > View log (see the screenshot below where the location of such files on my macOS is highlighted. Your mileage may vary).
Auto-save file names start with _ganttproject_autosave
