Prompting to AI, it seems that now project amangement software trends are going either as a platform to collaborate on tasks for a team, or to have a big single software as Microsoft Project 2024 does, with also capabilities for agile practices and reporting.
Does anybody help to contribute in sharing which stand-alone software desktop tool for windows, does allow to manage projects with the features:
Backlog Management: Create and prioritize lists of tasks
Sprint Planning: Organize work into time-boxed iterations
Task Boards: Visualize work progress using Kanban-style boards
Reporting: Generate agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts
