Awkward message


Using my email client (Thunderbird) I received a reply from Dmitry Barashev to a message I recently posted on the support forum.
In the headers I read that any reply had to be sent to GanttProject Support and that is what I did.
However I received a message from GanttProject Support which said
"We’re sorry, but your email message to [“”] (titled Re: [GanttProject Support] Saving projects in Default folder) didn’t work.
None of the destination email addresses are recognized, or the Message-ID header in the email has been modified. Please make sure that you are sending to the correct email address provided by staff."
Isn’t it awkward? Following the instructions I’d have to do exactly what I did … It looks like a loop!
May I understand what’s happening? Thanks

Misconfigurations happen. Thanks for reporting this problem. Hopefully it is now fixed and replies to new emails will be accepted without errors.
