I have converted a word doc to a txt over and over again. I choose File, import, text and then my desktop files are all grayed out even though I’ve saved them as txt. Please help

Are you sure that you are asking where you meant to ask? This is GanttProject, project management tool. It is absolutely unrelated to MS Word and I can’t see how can we help you with issues between Word and txt files.
