When I export a project to CSV, the diacritic is not displayed correctly (Czech language). Is there a solution?

Depending on what you mean as “not displayed correctly”, you may want to check if the software which you use for viewing supports Unicode (there might be an option to choose the encoding of the input file) or if the fonts is that software contain appropriate glyphs. GanttProject writes CSV in Unicode and we have no issues with reading the export result in any language, from Czech diacritics to Chinese.

I had the same issue displaying the export with some software, in my case WPS office, but as Dmitry said, it must be the fault of the second, because when viewing with Notepad++, it displays correctly.
In the process I found out that saving as .xls worked flawlessly (importing and exporting) between WPS and GP.
So you may want to try this option, available from GP.
