is it possible to edit the shortcuts for GanttProject? I’m running Mac OS X Catalina and GanttProject 3.1.3103.
I tried editing of keyboard.properties and keyboard.macos.properties inside the App package, but without any effect.

The shortcuts are (mostly) defined in plugins/base/ganttproject/resources/keyboard.properties file in the GanttProject installation. I am not sure if you can edit this file inside GanttProject.app, because it is supposed to be read-only, signed, notarized, all that stuff. I edited this file in ZIP distro and it worked fine. On the screenshot below you can see “New Task” menu item with Cmd-M shortcut.
Yes, you’re right, changing something inside the App doesn’t work. I wasn’t aware of the ZIP distro, that’s nice!
