Great to have such a tool as GP, specially for version 3.
I have configured non-working days for Spain and 2021, with special days and recurring feast days.
How can that be shared with others to build a “common-blank template” for new projects with updated calendar?
Just put the project to some shared storage, make it read-only and make sure that your colleagues know where it is located.
You can try using GanttProject Cloud for that purpose.

I was expecting some kind of a “transfer xxxxx file to yyyy folder”, for a new “portable with zip” installation, and that would be different to having a “reused project file” with tasks number id beginning with some thousands ;- )
