Please share the source GanttProject file and the export result, and specify your MS Project version number.

A solution reported by one of the users:

I think I have found a solution. I imported the file into an existing project in Project. That worked

Another option is to edit the exported file and remove a calendar with UID=2 from there.
You can edit it in any text editor. It is a simple hierarchically structured text.
