My question is about importing data to MS project format.
I see export options as MSPDI and MPX, while I am able to use the online version of MS project 365 which can take only .mpp files.
Is there any option for importing project files from Gantt to MSP in my case?

I don’t know what exactly is MS Project 365, but I really doubt that MS Project can’t import files in their own Project Data Interchange format. It may be called “XML format” in their user docs and user interface, and MSPDI files are actually XML files with MS Project specific tags.

Hi MS Project 365 is the web version of MS Project. Indeed it only imports .mpp files and none of the MS Project export files of Ganttproject can be uploaded. Do you have any way to generate such a file format?
Or convert the xml file to mpp somehow?
I am sure this is an issue for everyone using MS Project web-based version

Unfortunately, no. The library which we use can’t write MPP files.
