Granttproject does not open after instalation

Good afternoon,

Last year I had GranttProject on the same computer and it had been working perfectly. But this year I could not open it, so I uninstalled and installed and doesn’t work. I think it is because I have Windows 10 instead of 11. But I don’t know it for sure.

Any tips for how to open the program?
