Height of row changed in GP 3.1?

Dear Dmitry,

has the row height changed from GanttProject 3.0 to 3.1? Or from 2.x to 3.0? When I export to PNG the charts seem to be vertically more compressed.
I would like to see some options in the preferences to control such values.

The row height is the same as it was in GP 2.8.11, provided that you use the same font and other settings.
