How to affect worload in days while changing %availabilty of Ressource

Applying new percentage of availabity doesn’t affect the Task duration on the Gantt

Is there any parameter to associate the duration to a task workload so that the duration will increase if you decrease the%avaliabilty on a ressource working on the task.
