To add more lisibility I want to add some colors and Bolt on task view list, how to do it?

I am not sure that I fully understand the question, but anyway, you can change a task color in the Task Properties dialog.

No such option, sorry. But you can make the Task Color “column” visible in the task table. It appears as a small colored circle next to the task name.
