GanttProject installer for Windows includes Java Runtime and includes no viruses. It was checked by Virus Total. I can’t understand from your screenshots what exactly you did and what exactly goes wrong, so I suggest contacting a tech-savvy guy next to you who speaks Italian and understands what exactly antivirus is complaining about.
