Has anyone experienced this issue like this, below is the screenshot of the problem.
It looks like I am only seeing part of the software panel and won’t allow me to drag or zoom in or zoom out.
Please help!

You can make off-screen windows visible with many ways:
You may also remove GanttProject settings file. The settings file is .ganttproject and it sits in your home directory. Note the dot in the file name, some file managers may hide such files by default.
