Is it possible to link the same color from the task in the gantt chart to the allocated resources on the resource chart? you could then open your resource chart and see which projects/tasks they are assigned to by color and when.

Color of “tasks”, in Resouce tab changes according to the level of load assigned to the resource, AFAIK.
