Login "blocked" due to wrong attempt


I tried to login in the cloud manager. I used the login of may collage and activated the link for new password. As she is out for a few day’s There is no access to the mail.

In the mean time I found may password back, but may browser doesn’t offer the possibility to use my user. I’m always redirected to the last screen of the renew password (the one where it say that the mail is send).
Can I reset this somewere ?


Perhaps the easiest way is to open an incognito window in the browser (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome) and sign in with your user name and your password from there.

there it works but doesn’t cleanup the problem.
I deleted the sesioninfo in the browser, that solved the problem.
