I am getting an error while trying to update to patch 3.3.3311 - Cannot find writable directory for installing update. Here is the log entry:

Is there anything that I need to do to be able to apply the patch successfully?

GanttProject tries to install updates either into the plugins folder in the application installation location (it is likely to be read-only if you have no admin/root privileges) or into .ganttproject.d/updates folder in your home directory. If your home directory is not writable, it will fail as well.

You need to create .ganttproject.d/updates folder in your home directory and make it writable. Another option is to specify some other writable folder in the command-line arguments, but in this case you’ll have to run ganttproject.bat shell script which is not very convenient.
