Every time I make a new chart and save it i’m unable to retrieve it. I’ve tried saving it many different ways and times but when I open the app it’s like it was just installed and very frustrating. Please help!!!
I don’t understand the question, sorry. I mean, I understand the words, but I don’t get the issue. When you create a project, add some tasks, save the project in a file on your local disk then you surely can open it the next time, unless something is really wrong with your disk drive. It works perfectly.
Please provide some details on what do you mean when you say “unable to retrieve it”. A screencast showing the problem could be helpful.
