Is there any possibility to print the name and organization as typed under
Project - Properties - Name and description?

Project name and organization do appear on the title page of PDF export. If you meant built-in printing then we do not recommend using it, sorry. The best way to get something printable is to export to PDF or PNG and print using appropriate tools.
