If a new task is created, then it must also be specified which employee (which resource) is to do this work. Sometimes, however, this employee is already scheduled elsewhere. However, you don’t find out about this when you set up the task. For this information you have to look in the resource diagram first.
Is this really the case or have I just set up something wrong?
