I tried to had days off to some of my ressources but it does not appear on my gantt. What can I do ?

They do appear. Make sure you specified start and end dates. Make sure you clicked “Add” and date interval appeared in the list. Make sure you clicked “Ok” in the dialog.
Yes, it is not the most user-friendly part of GanttProject, sorry.
My bad, I didn’t notice that the end date was a month earlier than the start date.
