Thank you for this nice app.
I have resolved the scaling issue in Windows 11 with the following tweak:
Override DPI Scaling in Windows:
- Locate the GanttProject executable or shortcut.
- Right-click on it and select Properties.
- Go to the Compatibility tab.
- Click Change high DPI settings.
- Check Override high DPI scaling behavior and set it to System.
- Apply the changes and restart the app.
