Can someone please tell me how to send automatic reminders by email (for example when a Milestone is reached or a task begins/finishes) to inform resources of their required actions?

Such features are now available in a separate tool I wrote that reads (& writes) project file.
Look at GanttProjectAutomator
It can send reminders as tasks start and at various points throughout its duration if there’s no progress. It can also handle email replies back to capture progress updates.
So 8 hours later and I still do not know what “Download JAR file” means? There is no file called JAR or without a JAR extension anywhere. I don’t understand how you most likely spend hours if not days writing the code and then mess it all up with vague or inadequate instructions.
Even if I found the file, WHICH install folder? Do I create a new one should I use an existing one and for which app?
