I went througth FAQs but I was not able to find any solution to my issue:
is it possible to use a common shared pool of resources, shared on different project files and see the resources percentage of use on all the projects?
It will also permit not to digit every time the resource pool.

Not yet, sorry. Project files are independent. You may choose to keep all resources and projects in a single file though.

I also thought to this solution but the bad side is when you have to manage different projects in charge to different Project managers that are not allowed to see other projects.
Different files mean the resources charge is not real, same file with more than one project means information visibility at risk.
