Start and End Date

Hi guys
I’m new in the Project planner
I’m a teacher and I use Gantt for my class to make an exact planning for their projects.
My problem is when I click on Beginning Date (for example 24. September 2025 and end date 24.September 2025) it switches automatically on 25 September 2025
Can anyone help me out to keep the Date that I choose.
I have the class every Wednesday and they have to complete different tasks every week that’s why my beginning date an the end date are the same.

For ex.:
Begin 24. September 2025 = Introduction of the Project
End 24. September 2025 = Introduction of Project
Begin 01. October 2025 = Power Panel Planning
End 01. October 2025 = Power Panel Planning

Beginning Date should be 24 September End Date 24 September but when I put the Dates that I Want it switches Automatically to 25 of September
