Strong link between main tasks

Hi,

I think that there is a problem between links with main tasts. I created a strong link between two main tasks (both with subtasks) as it is shown below:

Then I shortened subtast “zadanie_8” and unfortunately second main tast have not moved as you can see:

“Refresh” did not solved the problem.
Should I change some setting? Any advice?

Task1 becomes longer and Task2 moves forward as expected 4. Make Task1.1 shorter. Expected that Task2 moves backward, actual: it stays on its place. Everything works as expected if dependency goes from Task1 to Task2.1
