Tagging or Grouping

I am looking for a way to ID tasks beyond color or assignment. Is there a way to have a development team tag so I can sort by all development team tasks beyond indenting or coloring them? Thinking about a task that is cross-functional, so I want to be able to see it in multiple places.

I.e.,

Home Page

  • Art Team
    • Tom
      • Assigned Project 1
  • Development Team
    • Sally
      • Assigned Project 1

So I could find this under Sally, Tom, the Development or Art team.

I am not sure that I clearly understand the question, but it looks like you want a custom column with your tag values. Yes, you can sort and filter by the custom column values (filtering is coming in GP 3.4)

Thank you for the reply. I was struggling to get the custom column to work, and I didn’t realize I had to hit enter to change the auto-populated text in it. I am looking for a way to filter by the text in the custom columns, but I believe I can do some of that work by exporting as a .csv and doing it there.
Is there a timeline for GP 3.4?
