Taiwan Calendar 2017-2023

I have created a Taiwan .calendar file.
I found that it didn’t work via just leave the .calendar file in the resource folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\GanttProject-3.2\plugins\base\biz.ganttproject.app.localization\resources\calendars
(It might be my mis-understanding of path)

Anyway I would like to help for a further update into GanttProject.

If you have any updates installed, they override the location of the “base” localization plugin.
Thanks for the filw, I will add this calendar to GP 3.3.
