Updates on changes for new versions of GP

I would like to know the changes of GP in 2025.
There seems to be an update few days ago.

But cannot find a detailed list of changelog…
(might be the source code file itself, as the IA engine did searched?)

GP 3.3.16 mostly updates holiday calendars.

I have updated the release page and added new packages and a new record in the update history.
