I appreciate the great support that you have provided to me over the last week or so as I try to learn about aspects of GanttProject. Have you considered establishing a Users Guide wiki that users can go to first before bothering you with questions? You could consider allowing users of a certain Discourse trust level to edit the wiki.

There are not so many volunteers who are willing to devote their time on such work, and those brave souls who do create some kind of user guide usually focus on pretty basic things like “to create a new task click Task > New Task”, rather than on the subtleties of CSV export/import.
I am okay with community-driven user guide (I don’t really expect that people will read it before they start bothering with questions, but at least it might be a good source to refer to). If you write an article right here in this category, I can move it later to special category and make it a wiki post.
