I am not sure that I completely understand what you mean, but most likely the answer is no. You can see a complete and exhaustive list of supported input formats in the import wizard.
Okay thanks Dmitry. One more query, in GanttProject can we indicate if a resource is overloaded or underloaded? And also do we have any option to assign tasks in hours (currently we give start and end date)?

Hi Dmitry, can you answer the other question that asked? Option to assign tasks in hours - I have the same question. If not in hours say quarter of day segments? If you had the option to set the normal working day hours this could work?
It is extremely useful to be able to do something like this to manage time as well as costs.
